2024年4月16日，上海市药品和医疗器械不良反应监测中心（以下简称“中心”）化妆品监测与评价部杨绎雯副部长到上海应用技术大学奉贤校区为同学们讲授“化妆品安全”专题，该专题是双方合作开发通识课程《化妆品消费与安全》的内容之一，此外该课程还包括化妆心理、化妆品购买、化妆品消费、化妆文化等模块，由宋思根博士讲授，面向全校本科生开设。杨绎雯从化妆品基本知识、监管依据和监管体系、不良反应的主要表现和处置等方面为同学们讲授化妆品安全，理论与实践紧密结合，课堂互动热烈。同学们纷纷表示，通过学习认识到化妆品安全问题就在身边，大学生需要这方面的科普知识。
上海应用技术大学是国内第一所开设“香料香精技术与工程”和“化妆品技术与工程”的高校，目前已经形成本、硕、博人才培养层次。据悉，共同开发课程只是双方战略合作的内容之一，近年来双方在消费者化妆品认知、化妆品产业发展、化妆品科普、儿童化妆品消费行为等领域开展了有效的合作研究。本学期《化妆品消费与安全》首次开课，最终选课人数达到限额上限。共同开发课程既能发挥双方的业务优势，又能深入有效地进行化妆品知识和安全用妆的科普。
On April 16, 2024, Yiwen YANG, Deputy Director of Cosmetics Monitoring and Assessment Department of Shanghai Adverse Drug and Medical Device Reaction Monitoring Center（Shanghai ADR）, gave a lesson about cosmetics safety to the undergraduates at Fengxian campus of Shanghai Institute of Technology（SIT）. The topic is a part in Cosmetic Consumption and Safety course developed by the two sides, which also includes make-up psychology, cosmetics purchasing, cosmetics consumption, make-up culture. It is a elective course open to undergraduates of the whole university. In the class Ms. YANG talked about basic knowledge of cosmetics, regulatory basis and regulatory system, cosmetics adverse reactions and disposal, etc. Theory and practice were well integrated in the lesson, and interaction between students and teacher was very warm.
SIT is the first university to offer fragrance flavor and cosmetics technology and engineering with bachelor, master, doctoral-level program in China. It is reported that the course development is only one of the two sides cooperation efforts, which also include survey on consumer awareness of cosmetics, cosmetic industry development, children's cosmetic consumption behavior, and publicity on cosmetics safety in communities and universities.
